Flash Mob has been going around previously, but I think this is the first largest Audio Flash Mob perform in Singapore. There are 1,200 people took part last week in The Great Audio Experience which is promotes healthy lifestyle by not smoking by Health Promotion Board – Live it up without lighting up.

Last week, HPB (Health Promotion Board) did a gag to promote healthy living without smoking – “I pledge to live it up without lighting up”.
A few of us gathered for the first preview of the gag at Plaza Singapura, outside TCC. I feel that this is an interesting way of promoting healthy living.

It is a long day hopping from one appointment/event to the next, and finally reach Hackerspace to taste Chef Meng’s cooking.
For starter will be Cheese Sausage with Smoke duck meat followed by medium done, tender steak. Yummy…. and for dessert is Goreng Pisang. Totally different from what you get from outside. It is deep fried banana without battering, and taste like sweet soft banana.
Chatting with Jane, a professional belly dancer, about how we can do our part to assist juvenile delinquent to transfer their energy to dancing and how it can help them in the future. This just kick us up from our seat and started an impromtu dance performance.
Jane was guiding us, or some of us, on the fundamental of belly dancing, like how to shake your butt, transferring the vibrating energy from our foot to the tummy.
I thought that Sony launches another water resistant bluetooth headphone, and I went to the event totally clueless that W252 is an MP3 Player.
And there I was with Sony at “Experience Walkman Freedom With Sony!” event, where they present the new Walkman W252.
