RIM has announced that the new BlackBerry® PlayBook™ OS 2.0 is now available for download.

The BlackBerry PlayBook OS 2.0 software update is now available as a free download for all BlackBerry PlayBook tablets.

UOB Mobile Banking Application is the first mobile banking application that enables cardless cash withdrawals.
UOB Mobile allows customers to transfer money to a list of registered recipients, including non-UOB customers. This is done via an instant text message and a one-time password. The recipient can then use this password and a withdrawal password to withdraw cash instantly at more than 600 UOB ATMs in Singapore. UOB is the first bank in Singapore to link its mobile application to instant physical cash access. Its Mobile Cash feature is the fastest way to send cash to family and friends when they need it urgently.
The UOB Mobile application is available for iPhones and iPads and downloaded for free from the iTunes Store.

More Earth Photography Exhibition is free admission in Leica Store @ Raffles Hotel Arcade from 22 October to 02 December 2011. Opening hours are from 10am to 8pm.
2011 Girls’ Generation or SNSD (So Nyuh Shi Dae) Tour in Singapore to be held 9 Dec 2011 (Fri) 8.00pm at the Singapore Indoor Stadium will showcase a 3-hour visual treat of sexily choreographed dance moves, along with a visual play of effects including laser beams, LED screens, trapezes and elevated platforms.
Due to the massive staging, a limited 5,500 tickets will be available for sale and the best seats in the house could possibly be not seats – but the standing mosh pit area for over 2,000 fans where fans can get the closest to the girls. A special fan service will also be catered for the fans in the mosh pit, provided by Official Drink sponsor F&N.
