This is the first Blackberry luxury smartphone designed by Porsche Design, Porsche Design Blackberry P’9981. It will be available in Singapore in January 2012 with 100 limited sets retailing approximately US$1,700 + GST.

The Porsche Design P’9981 has a forged stainless steel frame, hand-wrapped leather back cover, sculpted QWERTY keyboard, and crystal clear touch display. Customized inside and out, the new Porsche Design P’9981 comes with an exclusive Porsche Design UI and a bespoke Wikitude World Browser augmented reality app experience.

It also includes premium, exclusive PINs that help easily identify another P’9981 smartphone user.

IMHO:
The Porsche Design Blackberry P’9981 remind me of Transformers. The squarish outlook and the tapered QWERTY keyboard is pretty similar to transformers logo.

As usual, the screen is a fingerprint magnet common among other phones. The leather back of the phone provides a nice texture and it feels good on the hand.

Richmond and Sharin submerge as the Best Model of the World 2011 bagging away cash $1,500 each, a modeling contract with +3 Models and up to $10,000 worth of prizes from sponsers. Both of them will be representing Singapore to compete with representatives from 60 other countries at the international edition of the Best Model of the World Contest in Istanbul from 1st to 10th December.

You can imagine the responsibility on their shoulder in representing Singapore. So let give them our best support for the upcoming model runway contest.


For those who don’t know about the Best Model of the World, which I do not know initially.

The Best Model of the World contest is one of the few international contests for professional models in the world for both men and women.
